Return Policy
At Donasa, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
- Items such as perfumes are not eligible for return once the packaging has been opened.
Please ensure you retain your receipt or proof of purchase, as this is required to process any return.
Note: Do not send back any items without notifying us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the transaction to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t been received:
- Double-check your bank account or payment method.
- Contact your credit card company—processing times can vary.
- Follow up with your bank, as delays are sometimes due to internal processing.
